1) How many books you want to order: Minimum
order is 4 books.
*Shipping not included. Handling is paid by the
author (the box, bubble wrap and tape needed to
send out the books).
2) Specify whether you want to send the books at
book rate (which costs less but takes 8-10 days to
get to you) or priority (which costs more but takes 2-
3 days to get to you).
*The book retails for $21.95. There is an ISBN number
on the book.
3) Please inform us of:
*your name (owner or manager),
*the store’s name,
*the store’s address,
*the store’s website (if applicable),
*the email address of the contact person.
